Delete your account and data

Use this page to request deletion of your Clever Pomelo account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.

The Clever Pomelo Android app is provided by London AI Systems Ltd.

I can sign in

Sign in with email, or use the student quick-login code and passcode supplied by your parent. You can then confirm permanent deletion.

I cannot access the account

If you have lost your login details, or you are a parent requesting permanent deletion of a child account you created, contact the privacy team. We must verify your identity or authority to act for the child before deletion.

Never send a password, passcode, QR sign-in link, or other authentication secret by email.

Parent Hub’s “Remove child” action may disable access, but it is not the same as permanently deleting the account and its data. Use one of the paths above for permanent deletion. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Stripe, Apple, an app store, a bank, or another provider; cancel it separately where it was purchased. You may still submit the deletion request independently.
